Our frozen beef is a perishable product, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns. If you encounter any issues with our product, kindly reach out to our farm via email. We strive to respond to your inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays and will work closely with you to address your concerns.
Once your order has been shipped, we regret that it cannot be canceled, and it will be delivered to the provided address.
If you request a change of address after the package has been shipped, we will make an attempt to modify the delivery address. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that the shipping company can deliver the package within two days of it leaving the farm, and there is a possibility that the product may be compromised.
Carney Wagyu Cattle Ranch is not responsible for delivery delays attributed to the shipping company, adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseeable natural events.
Additionally, Carney Wagyu Cattle Ranch is not responsible for any product that is damaged due to an incorrect address delaying arrival, or, for improper storage of the product once it has arrived.
