Carney Wagyu Cattle Ranch is a 3rd-generation family farm in Trumbull County, Ohio. After decades raising Angus cattle, we transitioned to breeding only 100% full-blood Wagyu – prized for its rich flavor and melt-in-your mouth texture.
Our Wagyu cows are reared in a humane and stress-free environment, where they can graze and feed whenever they want. We take our time, allowing them to mature twice as long as American cattle breeds to develop the extraordinary marbling that’s a telltale sign of real, full- blood Wagyu that used to be available only in Japan.
Our breeding and feeding programs are based on traditional methods, backed by scientific testing, to assure our Wagyu steaks and chops aren’t just an American interpretation of the original, but the authentic artisanal Wagyu beef product that has captured the world’s culinary imagination.
